Playroom is a mobile application that helps parents and caregivers discover, organize, and plan engaging activities for children. By importing content from social media platforms and using artificial intelligence to create structured activity cards, Playroom makes it easy to turn inspiration into real play.
By accessing or using Playroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. These Terms of Use should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Playroom. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Playroom offers a free tier with a limited number of activity imports, and a premium subscription that provides higher import limits and additional features.
We may offer free trial periods for premium features. At the end of a trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.
When using Playroom, you may submit the following content ("User Content"):
By submitting User Content, you grant Golden Bytes LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Playroom service. We will not use your User Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
The Playroom application, including its design, code, features, logos, and branding, is the property of Golden Bytes LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application without our written permission.
Activity cards generated by Playroom are created using artificial intelligence based on content you submit. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these AI-generated activity cards within the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
The original social media content you submit for analysis remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. Playroom does not claim ownership over third-party content. The AI-generated activity cards are derivative summaries created for your personal use.
Playroom processes publicly available content from third-party social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

Playroom is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
